Outreach
Outreach is an essential component of this initiative. Public perception of certain issues greatly influences the initiatives undertaken by the scientific community, in part due to funding restrictions. For this reason, several outreach methods were investigated, and an outreach plan was developed. Our outreach included the development of children’s book plot, this website, a pilot survey, and merchandise related to SETI.
